Like I didn't even think about it until they've been put side by side, but damn. They truly are in one ear, out the other, cause despite its aesthetic, they're somehow just as generic as the standard games of its core.

This really is just proof of how an industry of investors and big devs really do not understand patterns/history if they're willing to play into these kind of anesthetics & game types. Not to say they're bad on their own, but I am surprised how little they even think about how bad they've preformed.

For God's sake, just draw scribbles instead of using the planet destroying art theft machine. Especially coming from devs who used to work at big named AAA studios. If you have the chops to form your own teams, then you don't need AI. If anything, that proves why you left or weren't up to par.

How to instantly kill any interest in your game: using any amount of AI art even if it's "temporary" with the promise of replacing everything with actual art. Like you've already lost any amount of respect you could have had. I don't care if your a small team or a single dude, have some integrity.
