Even worse feeling when they're occupied. I lost one of my clients years ago to complications of cerebral palsy. He was an only child whose parents, both nurses, were ill. The boy was barely 10. Standing at that graveside was heartrending. Seeing his parents standing bereft was almost unbearable.

Bottom line for me is-any candidate that has real ethics and human decency. That means they actually listen to their constituents & attend to the vulnerable populations. The only people that seem to meet that criteria are Pritzger, Waltz, & Shapiro atm. I have ? abt Newsome. He's a bit slippery.
