my partner doesn't hate me, and honestly that's all that matters. 🥲 I've spent so long trying to fit with this family and I'm not sure it's ever going to work out in a way that feels like a good/fair ROI.

I doubt they hate me, but they're probably hardcore judging me. it's been a longstanding issue with several people involved that I've been trying not to step in, and I stepped right in it. 🙃

This is sort of the boiling point of a long-standing issue between several people, so however it resolved, it won't be smooth. We'll just have to see.
