As a companion, she highly approves if her LI keeps up with their hygiene too. For her Act 1 romance scene, she invites the player to bathe with her in the river, with extra approval points if the player brings their own soap. In Act 3 a bathhouse or spa of some sort would be their date.

One thing she hated about being a noble was having a line of suitors decided for her vying for her hand. She wanted to pursue love on her own terms and marry who she wanted. She had a relationship with a champion knight of the guard, but ultimately wasn't able to stay with her.

Nope. After Baldur’s Gate, they go to the Witchlight Carnival and from there step into a portal into the Feywild. Elayna loves it, while Kairos...loves that Elayna is having a good time. He doesn't mind it there though. 😅
