Hey Max I have a housing question. I am incredibly optimistic about SB 79, but I’m concerned that SB 35/SB 423 (as it stands) effectively destroys any hopes of housing floodgates being opened. The 10 year rental look-back is VERY strict, do you have any opinions on this?

Serious note: I read that SB 79 projects must adhere to SB 35/423 in order to be ministerially approved. Isn’t this a HUGE roadblock to upzoning anything besides commercial lots?
