My ginger, Max, understood how important it was to support someone living with multiple sclerosis. He was a smart, sweet, and loving pussycat. #cats

Fear. Anxiety. Disappointment. Dread. All invisible, all real. So I'm learning how to meditate, listening to great TED Talks & an old fave Wayne Dyer, walking in nature, knitting, reading, writing, & leaning into loved ones. How about you? PLEASE take care of yourself. #multiplesclerosis #selfcare

I got an email for a drug company doing a study for MS patients between 18-60, another for an initiative for ppl between 21-50.
I know companies have scientific & other parameters but this is frustrating.

Include ALL ages in opportunities to improve the lives of MS patients. #multiplesclerosis

Attitude is everything. Our perspective of the challenges we face will affect our mental and physical health. In these challenging times we, the #disability community, must find moments that feed our need to stay healthy. That's the secret sauce. Breathe, meditate, time in nature, laughter, naps!
