PSA: Mangmi Air Max pricing has been unveiled at $200 USD and it looks like the swappable buttons are extra on top of that. I think this is good pricing given that massive OLED screen and the RP5 had the same guts and it was no slouch. Preorders are live in a little under 3 days

I ordered a case for my PS Portal (it’s good, but you need GOOD wifi and your PS5 needs to be wired to your router) and Amazon delivered it at 4am 🙃

Grandia (PS) looks fantastic on the Ayaneo Air Mini at 960p - I feel like we were robbed of a Final Fantasy game in this format with a 3D environment and 2D characters. I forgot to post this last month, but I also got my Mangmi Air X and the value for money here is bonkers. It’s gone up since launch but my early bird unit was $120CDN which is actually LESS than I paid for my RG35xxPro at launch. This thing will happily chew through the whole PSP catalog at 1080p

I thought I was done with new emulators for the year but my Ayaneo Pocket Air showed up and the build quality here is unmatched at this price point. Really though the Mangmi Air X was gonna be my device of 2025 but Dreamcast on this at 960p is astonishing

My Anbernic RG DS arrived today - Incredible color, but what you’ve heard is accurate - it’s okay, but they cut a lot of corners to hit that price point. I honestly can’t say it’s better than the MagicX Zero 4.0 even though that thing’s ergonomics were best describe as “a piece of bread”

I didn’t get a NES until the Mario Bros 3 pack-in. My brother and I stayed up all night playing it the first night we had it and when our dad discovered us in the morning he was so steamed we had gotten up early to play it.
