Still in the process of working out what I do, I've been told on several occasions that I'm an unnecessarily deep thinker.

Such is life.

I largely entertain myself by attempting to make known the space whose very quality collapses when confined by words.

The prefrontal cortex is the most developed part of the brain. It learns from the observation of more primitive parts.

As we evolve, these roles flip.

If our cognitive realities are a simulation, we decide what direction the narrative takes with courage, discipline, and intent.

To gauge any kind of distance, there must be more than one point. For the comprehension of time, both a then and a now.

Such acts of measurement remove us from fullness.

Are you endlessly following your conditioning in an effort to locate that which the breath may only deliver?

Dopamine isn't realised when you get what you expect, but its absence is felt when you don't.

If it comes, let it come. If it goes, let it go. What remains?

Our neural networks constantly change. Bring attention back to the breath for a fullness beyond what can be expressed. 🪽

If we all desire security—knowns—but nothing within reach seems to offer this, we can turn to the only thing we do know: ourselves.

This is "surrender."

Beyond perception, beyond identity, lies a constant—that upon which the senses fall. Rest here and you will never be without.

Don't be fooled by the promise of "unlimited abundance," however that is supposed to work. It's not the solution.

Nothing by way of distinction is.

Material abundance will deliver material abundance, at best. True abundance is spiritual; it comes from you. It comes from within.

We are a process of becoming. Alive, free, known. To stifle this quality with past deeds and future desires cloaks the very security we are trying to find.

The shield of ego prevents our tender selves from being seen, but it is through exposing vulnerabilities we find our power.

Suffocating the expansion of the emergent self with input from the senses limits access to higher realms.

You want to fly, but keep perceiving walls.

Subscribe to the senses to calm the mind. Then, remove the bricks one-by-one, each breath being a tool. Slowly, then all at once.

Often regulated by degrees of perception, the "fire" in us signifies perpetual hunger for the apparent unavailability of "food."

The external world is set up to ensure absence is part of our inherent reality. As such, we may believe we are starving even though food is plentiful.

The mind is a fertile place. It does not care for what it is fed, for it will deliver upon whatever is believed.

Only our bodies know the score.

Work towards an intention & there is no other option than for it to become reality. This is as inflexible a law of nature as gravity.

To make progress in any field of knowledge one must be prepared to go out on a limb, stretch the leading edge.

Refusing to face discomfort is to go no further than what we know.

New thinking comes from exercising courage; curiously exploring rather than taking ideas personally.

It has long been known that the heart shares similar neuronal structures to the brain but its neurons far more embodied.

As we think with the heart, so we are.

Calm, open, faithful, receptive, complete. Read your days through the silence of the heart but don't forget your head.

According to Sanskrit wisdom, until we transcend our identity with the self, we'll continue being reborn into a life of suffering.

There is no getting away from this.

Understanding why through commitment to self-inquiry is, perhaps, the greatest use of our time on Planet Earth.

Repeatedly watching the breath is a precursor to meeting life itself. Repeatedly watching the breath transforms feeling into knowing.

Simply watch with no expectation.

Investing ourselves in the experience of thought and feeling suffocates our universe's role in co-creation. 🪽

We all want to be heard. We want people to listen to us, but we're not listening to ourselves.

Someone with your ideal qualities is watching right now, and they know when you cheat.

Free yourself from suffering by throwing yourself into it, and do not stop until it makes sense.

The nature of having bodies means we all boast intellect but many have been conditioned into believing life must be lived through the head.

The more educated, the less explicit one is.

The belief that our foundations must be made known distances us from the very quality sought.

There lies an intelligence that supercedes thought and feeling. This place is free from investment in pleasure and pain.

A place that exists beyond collapse.

Exercise increasing familiarity with that which can't be measured; that which exists beyond words. Breath is a medicine.

The state you're looking for will always have edges. By holding on you restrict yourself at the expense of freedom.

Focusing on phenomenon is important until you realise it isn't.

Let go and become greater than your fear. Become familiar with the breath—the space that supports.

The very nature of attempting to make known a quality that penetrates the senses generates form from what is a process of ceaseless change.

Known but not made known.

Born into a locale from a state of limitless flux, much stress is caused by holding onto a certain time & place.

Love is who we are—the infinitely creative force animating us at a cellular level.

By deeply embodying our own unique expression, time in our head serves only to distance us from the very quality we seek.

Love: a synonym of our universe's ever-evolving complexity and coherence.
