I’m not superstitious, just a little stitious
Also really into climbing and sharing my opinion on the ethics, tradition, and style.
I haven’t really said anything important here but this is just how I feel. So I want to know how other people feel and why. So maybe I can gain some new perspective on modern gym climbing.

So I struggle to see that same beauty in comp climbing that feels like a parkour set. I see the hyper dynamic and coordination based moves and feel like it’s a cheap way of appealing to people that don’t know a lot about climbing.

As a newer climber that was introduced to climbing through the outdoors I have a gut reaction to say that the gym should always be based on the outdoors. I fell in love with climbing because of the sense of awe and adventure that going outside gave me.
