Well remove the hard drive/SSDs - transfer the data to another place for safe keeping and THEN wipe everything and reinstall. Unless the HDs corrupt this is best idea.

Are you able to get into Windows Recovery by holding shift on restart? At this point you've hit the majority. There are things to try in command prompt but at this point I think you should just set it on fire or search motherboard and find how to cheat getting into bios

Thanks for calling tech support! I concur, not a huge fan of 11 (and we're looking to upgrade stores to this haha). Are you upgrading to 11 or running a fresh install? Running into AUTO REPAIR on win 10 doesn't always restore either and it's annoying as fuck (resulting in blasting and reimaging).
