(1/2) A lot of VTA mileage in SJ is in freeway medians, is park & ride oriented, lightly used, and not in the few walkable neighborhoods. Look at where streetcar lines were 100 years ago and those are today’s walkable neighborhoods! It’s the pre-sprawl version of SJ.
