Added a little scale ruler and a visual representation of the expected fiducial size- that'll definitely help when I mess up the pixels/mm calibration again lol.

After a few months of refactoring, running the simulation tests and having the codebase Do Literally Everything and spit out these images feels good.

Like this is it, MakeMKV is just about the only fucking thing that can do it. The "registration" key expires every month and sometimes the guy running it just doesn't post a new one. The FAQ page on the website is just this:
