this was good
a nice lil tale of ben talking to a girl that hates christmas and learns the meaning of the season
i loved ben in this issue, just being a loveable lug that has a habbit for wrecking things around him do deal with ordinary crooks and getting in trouble for it
ending felt a bit rushed

the canned story is from after the lee and kirby days, around the arnold drake era with various artists, namely werner roth, don heck, and others, but i can see that as maybe being roths art, but also maybe its just an imitation

james fry is the only artists credited, so theres nothing saying it IS an actual unpublished issue from the 60s
but also kurt buseik is the only writer credited, and idk the dialogue feels like its pretty authentic i guess? like idk how much of this story is new and how much is from the 60s

like artists are versatile, they dont usually just have the one style, marvel could have gotten someone that can do a "modern" (for the 90s) and a 60s style for this
but like idk its hard to see this as the same guy
