This is Lyla! She's a haunted suit of armour who's having a wonderful time adventuring
An empty suit of black armor with silver detailing, Made of smooth metal devoid of any fluting. She has a faint magical smoke emanating wisps of purple between the plates of her armour, with pronounced haute pieces on her very articulated shoulders. She has a long black cape that's purple on the inside, and a surcoat in a slightly brighter shade of the same color. Her helm is in the style of a close helm or armet, with glowing eyes also emanating that same purple smoke, and a plume of black and purple feathers The visor has no holes to breathe through, but is decorated with silver trim around it and a similar detailing down the middle of the face. She is holding a greatsword that is slightly taller than she is, with black leather wrapped around the handle and the ricasso of the blade, going up to the sword's parrying hooks. I'm sick of seeing lady knights all waifish and thin when are we getting lady knights built like powerlifters
A relatively lightly armored knight with a powerful build. She has a chainmail hauberk and a barbute helm adorned with two upward-facing horns, one of which is broken. She also has one visible bracer, secured in place to her uncovered (and heavily scarred) forearm with leather straps. All of the metal she's wearing is worn and rusty. She carries, in one hand, a gigantic sword marred with gashes and scratches. She also has a big fur cloak obscuring her right arm. In addition she is wearing a belt, upon which is a small coinpurse, two leather pouches secured shut, and a rondel dagger partially visible behind her. For Darkest Dungeon's 10th anniversary I did a paintover of an older piece of mine as a celebration. It's really fun looking at how far I've come and what improvements I could add to a piece that at the time felt like the best I could ever reach
Reynauld the Crusader and Dismas the Highwayman from Darkest Dungeon. Reynauld, wearing full plate armor, is lifting dismas up against his hip, one hand holding around his waist while the other cluthes a bloody sword. Dismas, wearing a long cot and a red bandana tied around his neck, has a dagger pointed down towards his own heart, a bloody golden necklace wound around his fingers and the dagger's hilt. They are both illuminated by a yellow halo that frames Dismas' head.

In celebration of Darkest Dungeon's 10th anniversary, I still remember the first time I saw the game. I was instantly captivated. I was in college and showed it to all my friends. Little did I know it would become an integral part of my personality.
