She was reprieved from her death sentence in 1972 when CA declared its death penalty unconstitutional. (It was reinstated in 1978; her death sentence was not reinstated by law.) She already caught a break and has been allowed to live (albeit in prison). Her victims remain dead. Stay in jail forever.
