Just me meing around. Person shaped tumbleweed. Currently still. Hard of head, big of heart. Kindness is Punk.
A while ago I did what many would consider a weird thing - bought Cameos asking for a pick me up. A single line of "I'm proud of you". I relisten to those a lot when I'm down.

Yeah, a line to be said. Do they know me? No, but nice to hear nontheless. Worth the cost.

It's wild to me how people can be excited about environmental conservation and then post ai chum. It's also wild to me how people can support ICE "removing criminals" but be "tired of hearing about the epstein files."

Ah. A bedrot day. Or, if you prefer: cozy blanket nest time.

Eventually I won't skip the second D on A in the DMajor scale. Eventually. One day. #Learning_violin_woes

It was a slow start, but the snow is finally layered in my yard and tue quiet peace that comes with it is so good.

🙃 Someone sent me a "blacks hate blacks the most! But the problem is white supremacy?" video I suspect is AI but ffs, what is wrong with you?

I sent back actual statistics. Know who statistically commits the most violent crimes? White people in 2025 by 53% in the US.

Don't send me your racism.

<view: flurries falling outside>

Ok, now I'll believe it will snow this weekend.

A year since I started learning how to play violin with a teacher. A year of learning to read music. A year of figuring out the hold on the bow and instrument. A truely fantastic present to myself made possible by a generous gift from a close friend (the violin) and a patient teacher w/ zoom.

I don't do much with my biological family and haven't for years. Watching them bend over backwards to excuse murder makes me very glad I wasn't raised by any of them.

Storm's a comin. Stay warm out there, friends.

Some days getting out of the nest of blankets and pillows isn't worth the mass amount of emails waiting at work. Just let me read my books and drink my tea.

National Theatre At Home keeps me sane in so many ways. I cannot count the number of times I've watched Frankenstein just to marvel at the lighting design. Well worth the price of an annual subscription.

It's not even planting season, but I'm eyeballing my raised beds and planning my seed attack. Last year didn't yeild much, but first year and all that.

I have a friend who's kiddo started calling me Uncle Grace. She was asking "Do you want to day hi to Uncle [name] and his friend Grace?" Which turned into "Hi, Uncle Grace!" By the kid. It stuck. I am not unhappy about this.

I need a weekend in the mountains surrounded by moss and trees and stone. I need dark, starry skies above me and to be bundled against the cold as I trace constellations and my breath blooms against the night.

I just need a small break to be nothing for a little while.

Oh. Mysterium is on steam. I love that boardgame a lot and maybe this will make it so I can play with out of town friends.

Macmillan Publishers really are just sending whole hard cover, stencil edge books as gifts for ordering a different book. I'm not complaining as I now have more books.

Don't mind me, escaping back into Faerun. The Absolute cult isn't going to resolve itself.

The real horror in the movie M3GAN is the testing in prod. Not the ai murder doll gone rogue. 👀
