I have the celiac gene HLADQ2.5. I tested for antibodies for gluten so no celiac. This gene causes autoimmune issues when eating gluten and actually other grains as well. ChatGPT said 40% of people have this gene. I dont feel less body pain but the belly bloat right now is definitely better.

When starting eating meat and veg with the sauce is not a bad thing if you were zero carb all day. Be easy on yourself. It takes time to accliment and know how to make best choices - this is better than my husbands breaded honey chicken. #lowcarb #keto #carnivore
