I've been dealing with a lot of loneliness over the course of my transition because of mental health tied to IRL situations, anxiety, RSD, and general fear of others

I miss the people I've lost

How to I build connections and find friendship again after so long? Or is that too late now? Am I doomed at 40 to be socially irrelevant and turned away because the core of the trans/queer community is firmly in their twenties?

I guess I just feel a bit lost. Any advice is appreciated. 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈
