So one night in a hotel in Germany, I set up my iPhone and hit record and felt like I was right back in the emotional headspace that is referred to in the track.

Just one take and this is the result of that.

For this song though I did want to record something and felt a lot of inspiration by the video for the song ‘Parachute’ by Hayley Williams. There’s a section in the video where she is staring right down the lens and her voice is so raw and vulnerable and I couldn’t get it out of my head…

….in a good way? 👀
