I had an incredible weekend with friends, saw my favorite band randomly, and got to feel pretty in my first dress ever

I know the actions of others aren't a direct reflection on me and what I do but it certainly feels that fucking way. I want to love, not resent myself or another.

I love getting vented about *after* I stop trying because there is 0 effort to reciprocate from the poster. If I can't up my antidepressant before another issue then the crash out will be legendary.
