We used to run a small space heater in the bathroom where our pipes would freeze, which would allow them to thaw even behind the cabinet wall. That being said, since you can’t know if they’ve burst, it’s a bit of a risky move.

We always had my grandmother’s “special green bean casserole.” When I was in college, my mom informed me it was the recipe from the French’s fried onion container. 😂 I’ve tweaked it a little (Worcestershire sauce for umami!), but it’s basically the same as I remember.

I make green bean casserole every year, regardless of number of guests. I just scale the amount.

I’d call the splitting “partitioning” and the readable object a partitioned view.
