Queso flan at Kasalta
Couldn’t wait to take a bite. mellow sweetness and strong on the condensed milk and cheese flavors. Would have liked a more bitter caramel on the top but I can overlook it because the custard itself is not overbearingly sweet to need that contrast. Very good

Vanilla Flan: take a look at those bubbles. I don’t want to talk about this one. The stark contrast in quality between this and the former is confounding. Get queso flan instead/10

Dual flans from La Garita in San Juan
Queso Flan (top): rich, silky, sticky custard with a perfectly burned bitter caramel. Entire flan was evenly cooked and had the same pleasant texture throughout. Genuinely incredible. A tad too sweet for my taste but very very well done. 9/10 I love Puerto Rico

????? Pho delivered in the thinnest container ever which completely melted so lost half my broth in the delivery bag and also didnt retain any heat so now it wont cook my beef. Hotel doesnt have a microwave or a kettle so im just SOL. I think France is the worst place in the world.
