One of my favorite things about writing Bailey is that she's weird, and awkward, and just a normal teenager who'd fall head over sneakers for any gender. So she's the smartest kid in the neighborhood? That's nice. But have you considered that she likes to sit on the couch and watch TV in pajamas?

When Bailey saw a "star fairy" flying through the night sky, she got her dad to look at it through the telescope with her. Her dad enjoyed succumbing to that belief to make his daughter happy.
