I personally prefer the Whole Stoplight system

Green for go
Yellow to slow down/take a break
Red for stop/full-stop.

for example, i can say "No, don't eat my sandwich" but i am still ok with you eating my sandwich,
Unless i call Yellow (discuss sharing)
Or Red (Stop)
