Oh good grief! When will it end! I feel sorry for people that live near the river & there’s so many rivers that all seem to be cresting
So sorry about your basement. What a pain I’ve never had this problem, 16 years in this house, but the volume of water is just unsustainable for my drain system. 🤦♀️

Thanks Jean...it's really stressful. We humans pale in comparison to the might of Mother Nature! Sumps running, dams are up, rains still falling...Saturday😁

Thank you Kris💕 It's pouring...I was just out sumping🤦♀️ It's meant to be gross for the next couple of days, I'm trying not to let it freak me out but sleeping is challenging as constant listening means little sleep!

Thank you Kris💕 It's pouring...I was just out sumping🤦♀️ It's meant to be gross for the next couple of days, I'm trying not to let it freak me out but sleeping is challenging as constant listening means little sleep!

Thanks Jean! I purchased some water barriers for the garage door...I'm sure they will get a workout soon as the deluge continues!

Oh yes...it's been horrible! It is still horrible!! I've had some really stressful flooding, helpless against the flow of heavy water! Lots of friends have flooded too! Two atmospheric rivers 7 days apart, it's been miserable. My muddy trek was decent although there were heaps of downed trees😢

It's a mixed bag at the moment and I am becoming obsessed with the weather app! Watching the bands of heavy rain with dread🤦♀️ I think we may be okay today but tomorrow looks gross.
