Today’s cook up for my amazing #NDIS participant. A basic medley of veggies with a little curry and a korma sauce on a bed of saffron rice. Food for days for the legend!

My first contribution on here @bsky.app Today’s cook up for my #ndis client. Capsicums and eggplants stuffed with cooked mince, rice, onion, garlic, lots of parsley, black beans, three cheese and aborio rice and baked 👌🏻
