The system is inherently stochastic right? So is there a way to guarantee that using the same prompt gives the same results every time? Can you pass a seed when you use the API?

I think it's telling that the parts of the bill of rights that haven't been incorporated are the ones having to do with the courts and judicial procedure. Judges were happy to say that due process applies to thee but not to me.
