I think the thing I like most about doing these is how I fairly reliably get the phone display dimming JUST as I start adding the shading and highlights. The consistency is pleasing. :3

Pose references with fairly uniform lighting are terrible for studying lighting, but great at reinforcing how much lighting can improve something.

Foreshortening tripped me ip a bit on this one. The reference could have done with more dynamic lighting in my opinion. :3
