This happened right after I cleaned up btw. Floor swept and mopped and then an hour later, a tottening. No one was cooking (or in the kitchen then). So um yeah.

But also a random ass tater tot did in fact appear in my kitchen floor. If the dogs had a tot they would eat it. Maybe the cat has been hoarding one and dragged it out today? Idk. Mysteries etc.

Thankfully I was able to complete the process and oats have been eaten. But wow it was a time getting there.

The problem is, when we are doing these things (heating water, making tea, etc), we are often in a state where we need the end product (breakfast, tea, etc) to be awake and engaged enough for actually doing the thing. If my oats were already ready, I would have been so much better at making oats XD

So it's entirely possible that there might have been a time (or several) where I have also forgotten to turn the stove on. It's a thing XD
