Sad to hear about the death of Joey Molland. Badfinger was such a great band w/such a tragic storyline. Their best - and there was a lot of it - was the epitome of power-pop:

George Lowe did a drop for my morning radio show, Ted's Friends and Family, ("Newsman Ted, why don't you just teach them all a lesson?") that is still remembered - by me at least - some 30 years later. SpaceGhost was the best. Nice obit. Sorry about paywall:
