An art director once told me a story, that him helping others at a previous job got him in trouble. Other people had complained he was making them feel lazy by comparison. And his point in telling me this was that I also shouldn't be helping others. I quit shortly thereafter.

Big wall art is the best... love getting to use your whole body to make the shapes. Your art is so good, really happy you enjoyin doin it big like this.

ALSO, during stressful/traumatic experiences, the brain releases chemicals that greatly strengthen the neuronal connections around those memories, to help ensure we can avoid similar dangers in the future.
