False situation: as if it is voice activated there is a memory location that can be set to 1. AI should have the ability to quickly locate said memory location and set its binary value and not need to utter said phrase.

To be clear: if this is voice activated programming there is a binary switch somewhere in the track or car. AI should be able to quickly figure out the memory location of said variable and set it to 1.
