I've been really vibing with folk music lately.
Woody Guthrie and Pete Seeger are great and I also have really been enjoying a lot of Jesse Welles' stuff.
Definitely an underrated genre with a great history of anti fascism and pro worker themes paired with a yearning for a better world in general.

I have a lot of questions because I love coops.
How would a collective scale?
Would it form into something similar to a sociocratic organization or would it remain a simple direct democracy for company wide decisions and have elected managers for specific domains and scope levels?
