Very true, the few that tried earlier were beating their heads against a wall for no gain. coupled with billionaire media dumping 💰 into saying both sides are the same convincing folks that Al Gore was as bad as Bush in 2k showed billionaires opinions could be bought on a long enough time line, too

I mean, yes that's very true. A better way is calling the offending Dem and your senators, say 'do this not that', get your friends to do the same; if the Dem does that anyway, vote Green or R or something. They have a list of registered voters, and when they last voted. Only voters' voices matter 🤷

I mean you say that, but my conspiracy addled uncle puts out '📞 your reps and senators about dumb💩' posts on FB and gets responses like 'calling them today!' Cynics are actually good at understanding things if it helps them keep their job. Honestly, Dems need to market little wins as 'phase 1'🤷

All I can say is this: politicians want a career ie getting reelected, which means caring about voters' opinions, which means calling your Rep and 2 senators every week and getting neighbors and friends to do the same. It's what my conspiracy addled aunt does, and they'll listen to her b/c she votes

On the other, I've called my D rep and gotten at least a platitude even in deep red OH which leads me to think they'll actually respond positively to constuents calling to say 'dont be a douch canoe'
Either way I was planning on voting for AOC in the 28 primary... Is she a terf too?
