The theft argument gets compared to references for a while now so I never saw the issue. You are completely right, directly trying to steal a style or subject per prompt is mal practice.
I have barely any fanart though and my style is "chibi sticker" so any generation with chibi-me isn't stolen. ^^´

I respect your proposal but I decline out of a lack of nuance.

Just Teaser (posts an hour before stream) and Thumbnails for Youtube VODs will have an AI generation as basis.

I'm awful with Thumbnails & a 3D VTuber.
Streamlining thumbnails means more time to focus on the actual streams.
Also it looks better than just slapping my model on an ingame screenshot.
