I’m old enough to remember when people hated ORAS at the time for deviating too much from the original games so people begged for a faithful remake and we mankey pawed into these games
On this day in 2021, 4 years ago, Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl were first released. These games were faithful remakes of the original Diamond & Pearl and featured a HD chibi look at the Sinnoh games

I’m old enough to remember when people hated ORAS at the time for deviating too much from the original games so people begged for a faithful remake and we mankey pawed into these games

I didn’t have the best shiny luck with the go wilds event this weekend (6 yesterday, 3 today) but I did manage to get a shiny g-max grimmsnarl so that’s neat at least

The bridge I live next to got struck by an oversized load going under it and was determined to be structurally unsafe (a support girder separated) but people have already moved the barricade and have been driving across it because they’re unbelievably stupid.

I’m still incredibly excited about this. Made coming home so late worth it.
(I also may have excitedly gushed to the flight attendant about this when she was just trying to take my drink order lol)

I saw the northern lights from the airplane!!!! You could see the red and the green with the naked eye (left is 3sec exposure right is normal shot, basically what I could see)
