Not sure what you mean by this. Real GDP (i.e. inflation adjusted) is not 'against the rules' and is typically the figure used. The 560 billion & 3.6 trillion figures are in dollars, not pounds.

The percentage of money spent on private providers is single digits of the NHS budget (6.5%-ish), and profits are definitionally much smaller than that. The effect would not even be 0.01% of GDP.

There's also a middle point between these two: Those that can't actually read words, but instead memorise the vague shapes of words they're familiar with. This is why some people will consistently misread new words they aren't familiar with - they think it's the shape of a word they know.
