I think it’s a moth in its death throes. Getting less frequent but more frantic and going for longer.
But on the off chance it’s a bloody mouse again, I’m going back to sleep and will ask hubby to deal with it. Plan.

Opened the window to see if it’s in or out. It’s in. And it’s something inside the bag of bags (*) that lives beside hubby’s dresser.

Thought it might be the awning above the paddling pool but it’s not that. My socks got wet when I went outside.

This is more a vibration, like rainwater periodically dribbling off a tent roof when the wind moves it. It’s at random but roughly once a minute or so. It’s not going long enough for me to locate it accurately.

All the more specific military aviation books still to be sorted/culled. These be are mostly used as reference pics for modelling, so are hopefully going to fit in the model room.
