Stupid fool, the money isnt owed to the US. It's meant to finance our own protection inside NATO. BUT,Canada holds approximately $406 Billion of the US debt, 6th behind Japan, China, the UK , the Caymen Islands and Luxembourg. If we were all to call in the debt we could flatline the GOP PDQ.
