I was unable to find one a while back. I ended up just translating code from: www.nature.com/articles/s41... to python with some help from LLM.
If I recall, I think I used chatGPT3.5 and it needed some help but not terrible. My guess is that the newer models will be better at the task.

Alchemy of Air and Empires of Light are about a couple of my favorite science non fiction dramas. Ten Drugs is really nice. James Gleick’s books on chaos and information theory legit changed my trajectory when I was in undergrad.

Most SPT software these days use same general toolbox of algorithms so mostly question of platform.
Trackmate for GUI base FIJI work. I’m mostly python user so I reach for trackpy. UTrack is is the OG and remains solid for Matlab.
