Let's stop limiting our aspirations to which colored jersey we support and vote for or which personality we follow and poster our walls with- no. Lets move forward, differently. Before it's too late.

Let's build relationships with folks who want to abolish landlords and/or implement rent control, to provide education and health to all.

Folks that believe in access to housing, that water, food and the essentials of life should be provided for, that believe in community beyond their own intersections, folks who can admit fault and improve themselves, folks that can commit to mutual aid and progress for others.

You can't keep demonizing Muslims and wonder why we get attacked or killed. Your disdain for Muslims and refusal to recognize them as part of our world is reflected in policy, both foreign and domestic.

Muslims are Taxi Drivers (b/c you won't recognize their education!), they're labourers, they are nurses, teachers, doctors, engineers, and lawyers. They are 3-5% of the Canadian population and have many, many intersections and unique cultural groups.

Muslims have lived in Canada since before Canada was a State. The West has exploited MENA and destabilized Muslim countries for decades via foreign interventionism. The 🇨🇦 system can not function without immigration due to a low birth rate not sustaining our system's labour needs

You all will fight discrimination, but stop short when it comes to Islamophobia. You will quickly condemn violence, but not when Muslims are the victims.

I hope young folks see this & realize that none of our Partisans in Parliament actually give a 💩 about any of this. Blame the speaker all you want. The truth is that our leaders know history & don't care, or are willfully ignorant. Either way they are doomed to repeat it
