Cool! As a layperson I'm puzzling out how this is different from the idea of 'neuroplasticity.' Is 'neuroplasticity' the idea that we can relearn with different parts of the brain after, say, a stroke, but this new finding is that what we learn never stays fixed in the brain to begin with?

There was no useful granular polling in the riding (pretty much everything I saw was way wrong on who the best second pick would be) and so yeah, it was brutal 😔 But we don't f#@&¡ng need better polling, we need electoral reform!

PP was running for governor of the 51st state and Carney emerged as the guy to stop that. It was a force of nature Jagmeet had no chance against. I don't blame him, he was a good guy, but unlucky
