Some of them do. If he's in any degree successful, that will shift. And not counting chickens, but several Constitutional amendments might be possible after a blue wave. Presidents have no ability to stop them.

For that change to happen, we'd need to amend the Constitution. Article II is direct. If the GOP had an equal option (maybe like Schwarzenegger except current), it might be possible; otherwise, unlikely.

And I'd guess Ro Khanna is preparing to sue and ask for expedited action. I guess Bondi et al. are too stupid to realize that delaying tactics will be perceived widely as obstruction of justice.

Ain't. Just in touch with reality. And that bill won't get anywhere until Congress and presidency are in other hands. It's good idea that needs fine tuning and is not remotely possible right now. Meanwhile, I'm pondering possible Senate GOP votes to release the Epstein files. Also not yet promising.
