I'm still not sure what the issue is.
She doesn't manage the property. And she sought to sell it so that she wouldn't be a landlord at all.
It just didn't sell so the agents re-let it so it wouldn't be empty.
Nobody became homeless and it's all above board and within the Renters Rights act rules.

It's current market value after a long term tenant moved out and they redecorated.

Their lease ended and she offered a rolling contract which they turned down.
She then gave them 4 months notice before putting the house up for sale.
She's literally done nothing wrong.
