I'm 100 pages in and I'm really enjoying it. I've never in my life been jealous of a 14 year old boy before. The concerts he went to and the musicians he interviewed BEFORE he turned 15 is astounding.

The Grand Rapids Area Library was hit hard with budget cuts and is down to just 1 full-time position. Bemidji Public Library is in the same boat.

I was surprised to learn there used to be a video rental store in our local mall but I wasn't surprised to learn that they'd be getting a 2nd copy of Porky's 2 because let's be honest, it was the superior film of the series.

So obviously your camera does its magic and automatically makes aurora borealis brighter and more vibrant than in real life, but this video is pretty accurate to what I was seeing tonight. The reds and pinks are just amazingly visible.
