Very cool. I took that course a bit ago. Fabulous learning experience. Plus there a many other courses. What I liked about the bug bots was the simplicity of the projection technique. It still takes time of course, but you can generate a whole range of visual options.

Would you mind sharing a screen shot of your primitive spiral node. I just don't be able to get my head around it. I'm trying to imitate it using a repeat zone and a transform geometry node to rotate the spirals...but it isn't working as I expect.
