I summarize the historical phases of tritium from my dissertation (super/special/byproduct) and briefly analyze the tensions between special and byproduct.

In short, a holistic approach to fusion regulation should resolve these tensions rather than further entrenching them.

3. The nuclear policy community should ensure that T and fusion regs take an even-handed approach with respect to T’s dual-use applications.

4. Nuclear Weapon States should declassify additional
information on their T enterprises to increase
transparency and promote peaceful-use activities.

1. Tritium is an essential component in most nuclear weapons and a significant material bottleneck for stockpile size and
sophistication.

2. The current “byproduct material” regulatory framework for fusion energy may not adequately address tritium’s role in vertical proliferation.

I was gonna say this is would be an entirely unbelievable script, but on second thought, it sounds like something that would be in a Pynchon novel.

Wisdom is not an exclusive virtue of the elderly. Read the Book of Job. The wisest advice Job received was from Elihu, the youngest.

The experience of someone in their 60s or 70s is distinct and unique, but their capacity for wisdom is not greater than others.

Regular milk or milk alternatives? Some of the milk alternatives are like trying to get microfoam from water and requires a lot more precision and practice to even get close to regular milk foam.
