In Germany, employers are legally required to protect their employees' mental health, just as they do their physical health. But this should be a no-brainer. The evidence is clear, investing in mental well-being increases productivity and brings many other benefits.

In Germany, employers are legally obligated to safeguard the mental health of their employees, just like they are for physical health. But it should be a no-brainer. There is plenty of evidence showing that promoting good mental health leads to increased productivity and many other benefits.
