As much time as I spend on my phone, I just cannot do any kind of e reader. I’m getting some books for the daughters BF & man, paperbacks are between $14-21. It’s so bad. So basically a trilogy is like $45. Which I don’t mind paying because it’s a gift, it’s just the whole damn thing.

This year I’m making chicken parm. I wanted something that wouldn’t keep me cooking & cleaning up all day. I’ll make a pecan pie & start the bread tomorrow.

I’ve been buying vanilla at Costco for yrs. It’s normally $9.99 (during the pandemic I saw it go as high as $16.99), but this is still a really good price and it’s as good as McCormick’s

Looks yummy, though. What kind of flour did you use? I like to use 00 for pizza crusts that are regular or thin & reg AP for thicker pan crust.

It doesn’t seem like it took too long for you to get the hang of it. And your cables look really nice. This is probably the first time I’ve seen cables in crochet, it’s pretty cool

I think people would be disgusted if they heard a tiny bit of what happens to animals at slaughterhouses/processing plants. But then, they probably would just laugh at it.
