Starting to feel like I should have said screw it and just bought the book again. I know it's arrived cause I save the tracking number when I sent it off. Really hoping this is just 'it's the holidays & they're busy' & not no book at all for me now
They finally sent me a shipping label and info to send it back. Hopefully I get a new book sent back. I really, really want this cook book.
I guess a lot of people have been having troubles with square enix merch lately. Asked for a update about my book coming damaged after nothing for 3 weeks and go replay with "We are encountering a high volume of escalated concerns." in it.
